We are a family operated Acupuncture Clinic in the beautiful Noosa Heads, caring for our local community as well as tourists from interstate and abroad. We are results based, patient focused, community minded, team spirited and we are creating the world we want to live in.

• admin experience or desire to learn the ways of an administrator

Key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Manage the day to day operations and running of clinic
• Create a homely and welcoming environment for all 
• Manage communications and care follow up systems for patients – following scripts and systems
• Assist practitioners with SOAP notes and communication with patients
• General administration as required including taking payments, data input, Xero, Cliniko, invoices etc 
• Accurate completion of daily statistics and daily task checklists 
• Attendance at daily / weekly team warm ups and meetings 
• Product preparation and sales  
• Maintaining infection control procedures and requirements 
• Tidying clinic throughout the day and prepare treatment rooms
• Support with social media and marketing – research, posting curated and created content from practitioners etc 
• Meet weekly KPIs

Work hours are permanent part time, alternating between the following days and hours as you will be job sharing with another part time admin: 

Tuesday – Friday 9.30 am – 6 pm
Saturday 8.30 am – 1.30 pm
